SKINVIVE™ BY JUVÉDERM®

SKINVIVE™ by JUVÉDERM® contains hyaluronic acid like fillers but is specifically formulated to improve skin smoothness and hydration rather than add volume or change facial shape. It works well alongside Botox/Dysport and fillers but should not be combined with Sculptra® or laser treatments.

SKINVIVE™ by JUVÉDERM® offers remarkably fast recovery, with minimal downtime compared to alternative skin rejuvenation treatments that may require up to two weeks of healing time.

SKINVIVE™ by JUVÉDERM® delivers clinically validated results lasting 6-12 months with proper treatment. To maintain optimal appearance, we recommend consulting with your licensed specialist every 6 months to determine if a touch-up treatment is necessary to preserve your desired aesthetic effect.

Common side effects of SKINVIVE™ by JUVÉDERM® include temporary redness, bumps, swelling, bruising, pain, tenderness, firmness, discoloration, and itching—typically resolving within 7 days. Persistent issues may require medical treatment. Rarer reported effects include inflammation, nodules, unsatisfactory results, allergic reactions, blood vessel blockage, infection, sensation changes, and delayed-onset inflammation. As with all injectable treatments, infection risk exists.

For the first 24 hours: Avoid exercise, extensive sun/heat exposure, and alcohol to prevent temporary redness or swelling. 

Inform your provider about blood thinners, planned skin treatments, pregnancy/breastfeeding, immune therapies, history of scarring, or pigmentation disorders. SKINVIVE™ is only FDA-approved for cheek treatment.
