This depends on a lot of factors including skin tone type, medical background, and individual factors. On average, 3-6 treatments that are 4-6 weeks apart (acne 1-2 weeks apart). Again, results vary with some having great results in 1-2 treatments and others requiring more.
IPL is a more selective treatment and also brings faster results that last longer when compared to microneedling. However, it is not as effective as microneedling when it comes to smoothing the skin's texture and producing more collagen. IPL is used for reducing red or brown discolorations as well as spider veins.
